  Ensure the product is in its original packaging with all seals intact, as we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or tested due to hygiene standards.

  Package & Ship

  Securely pack your items and attach the provided prepaid shipping label before dropping the parcel off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
